It's been a while since my last blog as I have been having some issues with the storage on my computer but I am pleased to say it has finally be resolved!
It's been a very busy week for Roberts Farm. On Sunday we took our latest book, Reggie Rocks, along to the Save the Children fund raiser at Queen Elizabeth Country Park where Dervla Kirwan kindly did a series of book readings. It is always such a joy to hear her bring the characters to life and the feedback was excellent.
Back at the farm, it was time to move Chewey (our rather large boar!) up to the top fields. (Watch the video clip below). Considering he is probably the laziest pig you will ever meet, this is quite a journey for him and we assumed it would take a while. However, he totally surprised us and trotted up as fast as he could, very excited to be out of the barn. As pigs are sociable creatures, we are going to find a friend for him next week - I will let you know how we get on.

Just a reminder that if you are looking for a gift for friends or family, check out our new gift packs. They include the three stories in the Roberts Farm Adventures series plus some stickers and a limited edition car sticker - all beautifully wrapped and bound in a ribbon colour of your choice. |
Finally I would like to shout out a huge GET WELL SOON to Ollie Bembridge. Max is missing you at school! Have a great weekend.
